Bronwyn Boavida

Bronwyn Boavida has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bronwyn is currently the Managing Director at Respublica (Pty) Ltd, a position they have held since March 2020. Prior to this, they served as the National Head of Residences at Respublica starting from July 2014. Before joining Respublica, Bronwyn worked at Ambassador Foods as an Operations Manager and Systems Administrator from January 2013 to April 2014.

In 2012, Bronwyn founded their own company, BronAlex Innovations, where they served as the Managing Director. Bronwyn'srole involved creating online marketing platforms and developing online communities. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at ContrackFM as the Head of Department - Soft Services.

Bronwyn has also held various managerial positions in the cleaning services industry. In 2007, they were a Regional Manager at Tsebo/Fedics Cleaning Services, where they managed both catering and commercial cleaning projects. In 2006, they served as a District Manager at Fedics Cleaning Services. Earlier in their career, Bronwyn worked as a Training Manager at Fidelity Supercare from May 2004 to December 2005.

Bronwyn has also gained international experience as a Head Waitress for Amca - Royal Caribbean Int'l, Celebrity Cruises & Azamara Club Cruises NL from October 2003 to April 2004. Additionally, they held multiple roles at Fidelity Supercare from 2002 to 2003, including Area Manager, Personal Assistant, and Receptionist.

Bronwyn Boavida obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Psychology and Human Kinetics and Ergonomics from Rhodes University, where they attended from 1998 to 2001. Bronwyn then pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing & Leadership at the University of Liverpool, from 2009 to 2011.
