Daniel Auwermann

Daniel Auwermann is a seasoned expert in organizational development, negotiation, and international sales and purchasing. Currently serving as the founder of TRAFO and head of transformation at ressourcenmangel GmbH since April 2018, Daniel has pioneered a specialized business unit focused on innovative change management strategies. In addition to responsibilities at TRAFO, Daniel is a lecturer for the Masterclass in International Business Administration at EBC Hochschule, emphasizing networking and network building. Daniel's previous roles include leading intercultural consulting and corporate communications at ICUnet.AG, serving as a spokesperson for the European Union Naval Force, and participating in various significant missions with the United Nations and military operations. Daniel holds a Diplom-Kaufmann in Positive Leadership from the University of Michigan and a Master in Economics from Helmut-Schmidt-Universität. Additionally, Daniel is a certified ScrumMaster.
