Michelle de Guzman

Michelle De Guzman is an experienced Agile practitioner with a strong background in Scrum Master and Agile leadership roles across various industries, including technology, finance, and media. Currently serving as Practice Delivery Manager and Agile Practice Lead at Rest since May 2020, Michelle has a proven track record in facilitating Agile methodologies and delivering successful project outcomes. Previous positions include Scrum Master roles at UNSW, Qantas, and J.P. Morgan, where Michelle led significant projects such as the launch of Qantas Money and a pricing transformation initiative for major clients. Michelle holds a Master of Engineering Management and has completed several specialized courses in Agile practices and product management.
