Michaela Larsson has extensive experience in leadership and operations within the hospitality and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as CEO and Director of Operations at RestaurangAssistans since May 2016, Michaela has also held the role of Marketing and Sales Manager. Prior positions include Event Hovmästare at Berns, where responsibilities included delivery management and personnel oversight, and Team Leader at Be Sporty Utbildning AB, focusing on recruitment and coaching. Michaela's background also features a role as Hovmästare at Gröna Lunds Tivoli, as well as positions in service and sales at TUI Sverige and recruitment at Adecco Sverige. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education, Michaela is committed to advancing professional expertise in business leadership.
