Eric R. Lang has over two decades of experience in the restaurant industry, showcasing a diverse skill set in management and client advisory roles. Currently serving as Portfolio Manager, Senior Client Advisor, and Client Advisor at Restaurant Accounting Services, Inc. (RASI) since September 2020, Eric excels in financial management for restaurant portfolios. Previously, Eric held the position of Field Leader at Chipotle Mexican Grill for a brief period from October 2019 to April 2020. Prior to that, a long tenure at Red Robin as General Manager from February 2003 to October 2019 provided valuable leadership experience in high-volume dining environments.
