Susan Birdsell has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Susan started their career at Innovative Display & Design as a Marketing Associate from 1996 to 1998. Susan then moved on to Corporate Culinary Services as a Conference Services Supervisor from 1998 to 2001. In 2003, they joined United Rentals as a Marketing Associate until 2005. Since 2005, Susan has been working at Restaurant Associates in various roles, including Director of Conference and Reception Services, Director of Technology - Customer and User Experience, and currently as Director Conference Services - Customer and User Experience.

Susan Birdsell attended Johnson & Wales University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a BA degree in Marketing and Culinary Arts. Susan also holds a certification in Employee Engagement from LinkedIn, obtained in 2020.
