Tom Gilroy

Tom Gilroy is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Head of Hospitality and Events at Restaurant Associates since July 2023, where leadership is provided for teams managing events for McLaren. As the founder of Gilroy's since November 2020, Tom has also held key roles in various reputable companies, including Head of Commercial Programs and Events at Company of Cooks and Group Manager at BaxterStorey, overseeing multiple restaurants and events. Previous positions include General Manager at Gather & Gather and Group Hospitality Manager at bartlett mitchell, alongside earlier roles at Lexington Catering and as a consultant for Renard Resources Ltd and Chess Partnership. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Southampton, completed in 2012.
