Hamish Ellis

Hamish Ellis is an experienced planning and procurement manager currently leading the indirects function at Restaurant Brands Ltd NZ, overseeing supply chain operations for over 280 quick-service restaurants. Previously, Hamish held the position of supply chain manager at the same company, managing food and packaging categories across multiple brands. Additional experience includes a role as property operations lead at Frankie, national operations manager at Lime with full P&L responsibility across six markets, and various positions within the New Zealand Defence Force, focusing on leadership and training. Hamish began a career in logistics as an export sea freight coordinator and customs seafreight coordinator. Educated at The University of Auckland with a bachelor's degree in business/commerce and a high school diploma from Auckland Grammar School.
