Roepa Khoenkhoen

Roepa Khoenkhoen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Restaurant Company Europe since September 2021, the largest hospitality group in the Netherlands with over 75 restaurant and café locations. Prior to this role, Roepa worked as an HR Manager for Ellis, a Belgian hospitality concept with locations across Belgium, France, and the Netherlands, from November 2016 to July 2021. A sabbatical was taken in 2015-2016 before Roepa joined NS Stations as an HR Advisor from May 2010 to November 2015, supporting various business units in food and retail. Roepa began the career at Servex BV from November 1999 to May 2010, holding positions as Personnel Officer and HR Staff member.
