Beatrise Nogina

Beatrise Nogina is an experienced forager currently working at Restaurant Noma since 2022 and previously held a forager position at Vilde Urter by Michael Fitzner from 2021 to 2022. Prior to these roles, Beatrise worked in customer experience at Danske Bank from September 2018 to December 2019, contributing to a project-oriented team focused on enhancing customer experience and design thinking. Beatrise holds a Master of Science in Service Systems Design from Aalborg University Copenhagen (2017 - 2019) and a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Product Design from The Glasgow School of Art (2010 - 2014). Additional education includes studies in Industrial Design at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and Furniture Design at Rīgas Dizaina un Mākslas Vidusskola.
