Xinyu Wang

Vice President, Commodity Risk Management & Business Insights at Restaurant Services, Inc.

Xinyu Wang has a diverse work experience in the field of commodity risk management and analysis. They started their career as a Commodity Analyst at Time Leverage Capital Corp. in 2001, where they traded various commodities futures and options. In 2007, they joined Restaurant Services, Inc., initially serving as a Senior Commodity Analyst and later progressing to roles such as Manager, Director, and Senior Director of Commodity Analysis and Hedging. In these positions, they conducted commodity analysis using different approaches, established alliances with global food manufacturers, took commodity forward positions to reduce cost and volatility, and established relationships with foreign suppliers for importing major food items. Currently, Xinyu Wang holds the position of Associate Vice President, Commodity Risk Management & Business Insights at Restaurant Services, Inc.

Xinyu Wang obtained an MBA degree in Investments and Computer Information System from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, in October 2009, Xinyu Wang obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst certification from the CFA Institute.
