Kate Shaw

Kate Shaw has over 20 years of experience in data analytics and technology management. Kate has held roles such as Director of Data Analytics at UnitedHealth Group and Director of Data Architecture and Engineering at Restaurant Technologies. Additionally, they have experience in business intelligence, database services, and data analysis across various organizations, including Rust Consulting, Performark, SPC Communications, Inc, and VoiceNet Technologies. Throughout their career, Kate has demonstrated expertise in implementing data strategies, leading technology teams, and optimizing database performance to support business objectives.

Kate Shaw completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Metro State University in 2018. Prior to that, they earned an AAS in Networking, Data Comm., Database, Development from Dakota County Technical College in 1999. Kate also pursued General Education at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls from 1994 to 1997. More recently, they obtained a Master of Science in Management Information Systems with a focus on Business Analytics and Database Administration from Metro in 2020.
