Megan Janes has a strong background in customer success and restaurant management. Megan is currently working as a Lead Customer Success Manager for Restaurant365, where they serve as the primary point of contact for the SMB team and provides guidance on client relations and best practice protocols. Megan played a leadership role during the revamp of the SMB sector and curates positive client experiences through training and effective communication. Prior to this, Megan worked as an Assistant General Manager for C3 by sbe, where they were responsible for new store opening operations. Megan has also served as a Beverage Manager for The Kitchen Restaurant Group, where they repaired the broken culture of accountability and revamped the inventory process.
