Juan Carlos Perez

Juan Carlos Perez is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry. Since October 2017, Juan Carlos has served as Kjøkkenpersonalansvarlig at RestaurantAssistanse AS. Prior roles include Kjøkkensjef, Assisterende Kjøkkensjef, and Sous Chef at Thon Hotels from September 2009 to October 2017, as well as Sous Chef at Holmenkollen Park Hotel Rica from August 2006 to September 2009. Earlier experience encompasses Kjøkkensjef at Champagneria, Sous Chef positions at both Holmenkollen Park Hotel Rica and Cafe M, and Kokk at Thon Hotel Bristol.
