Roshanak Raeisifard has extensive work experience in the aquatics field. Roshanak started as a Swimming Instructor at Springhill Recreation Center in 2008 and held this role until 2021. In 2018, they joined Arlington County as an Aquatic Lead Instructor and worked in this position until 2021. In 2021, they became the Aquatics Operation Director at Reston Community Center. Currently, they are working as an Aquatics Program Manager at Arlington County since 2022.
