Leonora Castro

Leonora Castro currently serves as the Director of Finance at RH since October 2023. Previously, Leonora held various managerial roles at JUUL Labs from October 2018 to February 2024, including FP&A Senior Manager and Head of Finance Transformation, where responsibilities included leading finance transformation initiatives, enhancing finance operations, and managing Business Process Outsourcing. Leonora's career also includes a tenure at McKesson from March 2003 to August 2018, where roles included Senior Manager of Corporate Financial Reporting, FP&A Manager, and Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting. Educated at Harvard Extension School with a Certificate in Strategic Management (Marketing) and the University of the Philippines with a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics, Leonora combines extensive financial expertise with strong leadership capabilities.
