Manon Huet has extensive experience in the culinary and restaurant management sector, currently serving as Cheffe gérante and Cuisinière at RESTORIA since November 2019, overseeing a large-scale operation that provides meals to a school with 1200 covers and managing deliveries. Prior to this role, Manon worked as a Cuisinière at CAVE DE RHUYS and had a diverse range of positions at Adecco Restauration, including roles in high-volume dining environments, where various responsibilities encompassed food preparation and service.
