Sifron Benjamin

Sifron Benjamin is the CTO at Resultid, a Techstars portfolio company that uncovers the narrow connections to competitive intelligence, funding, and scientific knowledge to provide insights that impact product development and investment decisions. Prior to Resultid, Sifron was the Technical Lead / Application Developer at Allstate, where they monitored, maintained, and updated robotic process automations (Blue Prism / C#) for Allstate Agency Solutions. Sifron also worked on desktop automation software for policy recall and updates, and helped team adapt Kanban / Agile practices. Sifron was also the main point of contact for new team hires for training and onboarding. Prior to Allstate, Sifron was the Co-Founder and CTO at NanoVest, a consultancy that is transforming the commercialization of university innovations. NanoVest's platform speeds research discovery by precisely targeting similar grants, patents, research, competitors, and industry partners for commercialization development. Sifron graduated from Launch Chapel Hill Accelerator, and was a recipient of the Carolina Challenge Grant and the inaugural recipient of the Richard J Casey Scholarship. Sifron was also a finalist in the TCU “Values and Ventures” Competition.

Sifron Benjamin has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Computer Science with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Sifron attended Apex High School where they were in the Academy of Information Technology and was a part of the National Technical Honors Society. They also have two certifications, one in SAFe 4 Advanced Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. and one in Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance.
