Wayne Floyd

Wayne Floyd has worked in a variety of roles since 1990. Wayne began their career in the US Navy as a Nuclear Reactor Operator/Electronics Technician, where they were a Qualified Reactor Operator, Shutdown Reactor Operator, Reactor Technician, and Electrical Operator. Wayne also worked as a Divisional Test Equipment Calibration Coordinator, Quarterly Data Reports Manager, Repair Parts Analyst, and Training Coordinator. In 1995, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Blockbuster and a Video Sales Counselor at Circuit City. In 1996, they worked as a Plant Manager and Concrete Truck Driver at Blue Circle Materials. Since 2001, they have been working at Results Direct as a Lead Product Support Specialist and a Web Application Developer. In their role as Lead Product Support Specialist, they are the technical lead for the team that handles all product support needs including product configuration, code version control and deployment through version control software. As a Web Application Developer, they have developed innovative solutions to solve business requirements for their clientele.

Wayne Floyd attended Buena High School before continuing their education at the University of Arizona from 1985 to 1989, studying Music Education. Wayne then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix in 2004.
