They started their career at Transcom, where they held various roles including Customer Service Associate, Operations Supervisor, and Coordinator - Service to Sales. They then moved on to Sterling Global Call Center Inc as a Service Delivery Manager. Currently, Jec is working at ResultsCX as a Manager - Site Operations and People Solutions Center Lead - Global HR Shared Services. In this role, they are responsible for assisting with project planning, training, performance management, data analysis, and overall support in making project plans successful. Jec is committed to improving and innovating current processes to create a better working environment at ResultsCX.
