Jordan Armstrong, MBA, serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at ResultsCX since June 2024 and has held various leadership roles at Sutherland since June 2021, including Chief Growth & Client Officer-Healthcare and Chief Client & Growth Officer-Healthcare Payer. Jordan's expertise encompasses improving healthcare customer experiences through digital and human touch integration. Previously, Jordan held key positions at SCIO Health Analytics®, EXL, Healthwise, AstraZeneca, and Pfizer, contributing significantly to strategic accounts and business development. Jordan earned a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology with a Minor in Business Marketing from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Northwest Nazarene University.
