Mirriam Surban

Mirriam Surban has over 20 years of work experience, with a diverse background in human resources, employee engagement, leadership development, and operations management. Mirriam is currently the Human Resources Director at ResultsCX, where they have been since July 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at ResultsCX from June 2018 to July 2020. Mirriam also worked at TDCX as a Senior Human Resources Manager from July 2015 to June 2018, and as a Talent Acquisition Manager from April 2015 to July 2015. Before TDCX, they served as an Employee Engagement Manager at SHORE Solutions Inc. from October 2014 to April 2015. Mirriam also worked at Stellar Global Solutions Philippines, Inc. in various management roles including Employee Engagement and Internal Communications Manager from November 2013 to October 2014, Leadership Development Manager from April 2012 to November 2013, Senior Operations Manager from November 2007 to January 2011, and Operations Manager from August 2007 to November 2007. Additionally, they held managerial positions at Teleperformance, including Call Center Manager from January 2006 to September 2006, Assistant Call Center Manager from July 2004 to January 2006, and Operations Supervisor from February 2004 to July 2004. Mirriam started their career as a Travel Counselor at Adventure International Tours Inc from July 1999 to June 2002.

Mirriam Surban obtained a Diploma in Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines in the years 2018-2020. Prior to that, they received a B.S. Commerce degree in Economics from the University of Santo Tomas from 1995-1999. Mirriam also has a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Miriam College. In terms of additional certifications, they are a Certified Human Resource Professional from the International Federation of Professional Managers, which they obtained in March 2018. Mirriam also holds the COPC Implementation Leader certification from COPC Inc. obtained in an unspecified year.
