Sian Jones

Sian Jones has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Sian is currently the Head of CRM and Customer at Retail Apparel Group, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to this role, they were a CRM Lead at John Lewis & Partners from December 2019 to May 2021. Before that, they worked as the CRM Marketing Manager SEUK at Samsung in 2019. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the CRM Manager at Ann Summers. In 2015, they worked as the CRM Manager- Global at Agent Provocateur. Earlier in their career, Sian held various roles at Clarins Group, including Digital and CRM Coordinator, Key Accounts Executive, and Promotions Coordinator between 2011 and 2015. Sian began their career as a Marketing Executive at Kelway UK Ltd from 2009 to 2011.

Sian Jones has a BA Honors degree in Advertising and Marketing from the University of Southampton.
