Kimberley Watkiss, Chartered MCIPD, is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management. Currently serving as the HR, People and Culture Manager at the Retail Energy Code Company since November 2021, Kimberley has held various HR management roles at organizations such as The Bromley By Bow Centre, FIELD VISION LIMITED, The Breakfast Club, and Home House. With expertise in HR administration, employee relations, payroll processes, and strategic HR initiatives, Kimberley has developed a strong skill set, further enhanced by CIPD Level 5 qualifications in Human Resources Management and training in mental health and suicide intervention. Prior to a career in human resources, Kimberley gained management experience as an Office Manager at The Box Soho, showcasing a diverse professional background in both hospitality and creative industries.
