Emily Benack

Emily Benack is a professional with experience in government affairs and public engagement within various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Government Affairs at the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) since June 2022, Emily previously held the role of Public Affairs Coordinator. Prior to that, Emily worked as a Government Affairs Intern at Tyson Foods from September 2021 to May 2022. Emily's background includes experience at the Smithsonian Institution's Museum of Natural History, where responsibilities included assisting in open hours and leading educational programs for children. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from The George Washington University, completed in May 2022.
