Khristopher Hamlin

Khristopher Hamlin has extensive experience in the retail industry, particularly in asset protection and management. Khristopher is currently the Vice President of Asset Protection at the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA), where they work with leading retailers to address the challenges of a dynamic economy. Additionally, they serve as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Samson Properties.

In terms of leadership roles, Hamlin is a Member of the Board of Directors at the International Organization of Black Security Executives (IOBSE) and a Member of ASIS International. Khristopher also founded and leads their own company, The Khris Hamlin Company, LLC, as the CEO and Chief Impact Officer, offering coaching and solutions to help leaders and organizations reach their full potential.

Khristopher Hamlin holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Psychology, which they obtained from the University of Baltimore from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended George Mason University from 1995 to 1998, where they received a degree in Criminal Justice. In addition to their academic qualifications, Khristopher has obtained a certification in Public Speaking Mastery from Dale Carnegie Training in August 2017.
