Stephen previously worked for the Co-op before joining RMS, he spent just over 26 years in numerous roles from Customer Service Assistant, through Trainee Manager whilst doing my Degree to then moving into Store management which led to subsequently numerous roles in the field, working remotely.
His last two roles were running an area in Nottingham with 24 stores and over 400 colleagues and then finally before joining RMS, he moved into our logistics team as a senior project manager, looking into better ways of working and how costs can be controlled and savings made across the business before then putting those new plans in place and managing the rollout of them across the estate and in our warehouses.
