Emil Gullia Ccim

Emil Gullia, CCIM has extensive experience in the real estate industry, specializing in retail. Emil has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 1993 as a Real Estate Manager at AutoZone, where they exceeded store growth goals and managed site selection and negotiations. From 1996 to 1999, they worked as a Regional Real Estate Manager at Family Dollar, responsible for site and lease acquisitions and market strategy. At Dollar Tree Stores from 1999 to 2004, Gullia served as a Senior Real Estate Manager, leading store relocations, expansions, and new openings. Emil then joined Land Capital Group in 2005 as a Senior Director of Acquisitions, where they streamlined the site acquisition process and oversaw construction projects. Gullia later worked at Jones Lang LaSalle from 2008 to 2012 as the Vice President of Corporate Retail Solutions, managing strategic accounts and national site selection for various clients. Emil'snext role was at Franklin Street Real Estate as a Senior Director from 2012 to 2016, where they led the Retail Tenant Services Group and provided services to national and regional retailers. Currently, Gullia is the Executive Vice President and Principal at Retail Specialists, LLC, a role they have held since 2017.

Emil Gullia, CCIM earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Real Estate and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business. Emil completed their undergraduate education from 1989 to 1993.
