Grace Chen

Grace Chen is an experienced professional in supply chain and procurement management with a focus on food technology and quality assurance. Currently serving as Procurement Manager for ingredients and packaging at Retail Zoo since May 2019, Grace has held various roles including Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Coordinator. Prior experience includes a position as Quality Assurance Manager at MAdE Establishment, where significant achievements involved setting up a production kitchen and leading product development for FMCG products and restaurants. Grace holds a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from RMIT University, completed in December 2020, and a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology and Nutrition from RMIT University, obtained in 2014.
