Hernan Riotti

Hernan Riotti's work experience includes various roles in IT support and help desk positions. Hernan began their career in 2008 as an Analyst Programmer Cobol at ITresources, where they were responsible for developing, maintaining, and testing Cobol applications. Hernan then worked as an Analyst Programmer PL/1 at HP Enterprise Services, where they programmed in PL/1 and handled the development, maintenance, and testing of programs.

In 2010, Riotti joined Indra SI SA as an Analyst Programmer Cobol, focusing on Cobol DB2 mainframe development, testing, and documentation. Hernan later worked at Hotelpax as an Analyst Programmer PL/SQL, where they maintained and tested PL/SQL applications and created forms and reports using Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports.

From 2012 to 2017, Riotti held roles at CEDI Consulting SRL and Novatium Argentina ARL S.A. as a Help Desk technician. Hernan provided onsite and telephone technical support, resolved incidents, and attended to user requests.

In 2017, Riotti joined CRESUD S.A.C.I.F.Y.A as a Help Desk technician, where they supported users, resolved incidents, installed and configured software, and managed videoconferences. Hernan also worked at Datawise as a Help Desk Support Specialist, providing temporary support to Banco Santander in a Windows 7 to Windows 10 operating system migration.

In 2020, Riotti joined Tecsol group as a Help Desk Support Specialist, assisting users, installing and configuring applications, and maintaining operating systems. Hernan also had experience with Active Directory, Exchange administration, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft 365.

Currently, Riotti is working at Retargetly as part of the Infrastructure - Technology IT Support team.

Hernan Riotti obtained a degree in Analista de Sistemas de Computación from the Instituto Argentino de Enseñanza Superior (I.A.D.E.S). In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. These certifications include MS-AZ 104 Azure Administrator, MS-SC900 Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, AWS Discovery Day, MS-DP900 Microsoft Azure Data Fundamental, and AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals. These certifications were obtained from IT College, with varying dates ranging from September 2020 to September 2021.
