Alisa Zhernovska

Alisa Zhernovska is a seasoned professional in customer success and project management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Reteno since October 2024. Prior to this role, Alisa worked at Talkable as a Senior Campaign Manager in Communication and as a Campaign Manager from August 2021 to October 2024. Alisa's experience at Oriflame Cosmetics included roles as a Business Development and Marketing Specialist and Sales Support Specialist, focusing on project management, budget control, and PR project implementation from March 2019 to August 2021. Earlier, Alisa coordinated projects at the Victor Pinchuk Foundation from November 2013 to September 2018, organizing events and providing logistical support for international programs. Alisa holds a Master's degree in Public Governance of the Economy from Kyiv National Economics University and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Economics from Kyiv National Linguistics University, with additional education from Coursera and the Kyiv Academy of Media Arts.
