Andrea Falcione, JD, CCEP has over 25 years of legal and compliance experience. Andrea began their career in 1995 as a Corporate Associate at Day, Berry & Howard LLP (now Day Pitney LLP). In 2000, they moved to FleetBoston Financial (now Bank of America) as a Senior Counsel, Capital Markets. In 2004, they became Chief Ethics Officer and Senior Vice President - Client Services at SAI Global Compliance. From 2013 to 2018, they served as Managing Director, Compliance & Ethics Solutions Leader at PwC. Currently, they are Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer & Head of Advisory Services at Rethink Compliance.

Andrea Falcione, JD, CCEP has a long history of educational accomplishments. Andrea obtained their High School Diploma from ABRHS in 1988. Andrea then went on to Bucknell University, where they earned a BA in History and English in 1992. Finally, they graduated from Boston University School of Law with a JD in 1995. Additionally, they are a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certified by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
