Kirsten Liston

Kirsten Liston has a long and varied career in the compliance industry. Kirsten began their career as a journalist for City Pages/Village Voice Media in 1995. In 2000, they joined Integrity Interactive as a Senior Editor, and eventually became the Vice President of Content Strategy and Senior Director of Editorial and Content Services. In 2010, they moved to SAI Global as a Senior Compliance Advisor, and then became the Executive Director of Content Strategy and Vice President, Learning Content Strategy. In 2015, they founded and became the CEO of Rethink Compliance, an industry leader with decades of expertise.

Kirsten Liston attended Carleton College from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Liberal Arts degree in English. In 1994, they attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, but did not earn a degree. Additionally, they have obtained a CCEP certification from the Compliance Certification Board.
