Mike Lamm

Mike Lamm serves as the Chief People Officer at RethinkFirst, overseeing the Human Resources function to enhance behavioral healthcare through technology solutions. In addition to this role, Mike acts as an Advisor at Intro and is a Founding Member and Advisor for Hacking HR. Previously, Mike held significant positions such as VP People Americas at monday.com, where responsibilities included leading the Americas region and contributing to global people strategy, and Global Director of People at Squarespace, where Mike played a key role in taking the company public and facilitating major HR transformations. Earlier experience includes multiple roles at BASF and consulting at Korn Ferry. Mike holds advanced degrees in strategic HR management and sustainability from Cornell University and Northeastern University, respectively, as well as a BA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Business Management from The College of New Jersey.
