With 10 years of retail experience, Melissa has also worked at Gap Inc. and Old Navy in corporate communications. Melissa is currently recognized as a Top Retail Influencer by RETHINK Retail and is an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council. Melissa's expertise lies in developing and implementing communication strategies to drive sales, brand awareness, and employee engagement. Melissa holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Bates College.
