Ryan Sailer

Ryan Sailer is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Vice President of Development at Timberland Partners since November 2013, overseeing a portfolio of nearly 8,000 apartment homes and 800,000 square feet of commercial real estate. Sailer holds leadership roles as a Member and President of the Board of Directors at Rethos since July 2017 and has been a Principal at True Street Partners LLC since March 2010, focusing on real estate development and investment. Previously, Sailer was the Vice President of Development at Sherman Associates, Inc. from January 2006 to January 2011, contributing to the development of over 5,000 residential units and 500,000 square feet of commercial space. From 2003 to 2005, Sailer worked as a Real Estate Manager at Weis Builders. Sailer earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, graduating in 2000.
