Remington Dewan

Remington Dewan is a skilled professional with extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Retina Consultants of America, Remington successfully integrated a new benefits administration system for over 1500 employees and improved compliance across multiple practices. Prior to this role, Remington worked at Omni Hotels & Resorts as a Project Manager, optimizing compensation strategies and implementing a Learning Management System for 16,000 associates.
