Richard Pridham

Richard Pridham is the current President & CEO at Retina Labs. Richard has over 20 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on customer experience management. Prior to joining Retina Labs, Richard was the Founder, President & CEO of Leger Metrics (formerly Agility Metrics), a leading customer experience management company. Richard has also held the position of Director of Marketing & Sales at ESI Technologies, a renowned datacenter design and deployment company. Richard is a highly respected leader in the industry, with a proven track record in building and growing successful companies.

Richard Pridham holds a BA in Political Economics from McGill University and a certification from HubSpot Academy in HubSpot Inbound Certification.
