Ellen Cullen

Ellen Cullen is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) management and consulting. Cullen's career includes roles as an HRIS Specialist at Cape Cod Healthcare and positions at ADP as a HCM Consultant and Data Analyst. Previous experience as an HRIS Analyst at Affinity Federal Credit Union involved overseeing HRIS management and supporting system implementations. Ellen also served as an HR Administrator/HRIS Analyst at Somerset Hills YMCA, facilitating the development of an Employee Self Service Portal, and worked as an HR Specialist at AT&T, supporting workforce analytics and performance management for over 10,000 employees. Cullen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Lafayette College and furthered education at Rutgers University. Currently, Cullen is retired since January 2025.
