Deborah Hall

Deborah Hall possesses extensive experience in human resources and administrative support, currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager at the Retirement Systems of Alabama since May 2012. In this role, Deborah is responsible for processing payroll for 374 employees, managing enrollment in retirement plans, and facilitating hiring requests. Additionally, Deborah oversees personnel training, advises managers on interview processes, and administers performance appraisals, while also serving as a point of contact for various training initiatives. Previously, Deborah worked at the Alabama Department of Public Safety from January 2003 to May 2012, where responsibilities included managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and processing employee needs related to hiring and terminations. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Columbia Southern University.
