Christopher Harry is a seasoned customer experience and technical services leader with extensive experience in senior management roles across multiple technology companies. Currently serving as the Head of Technical Customer Experience at Retool since November 2023 and as a member of CS Angel since April 2023, Christopher previously held key positions at Okta, leading the global Customer First team within the Customer Identity product unit, and Auth0, where as SVP, Global Technical Services, Christopher managed post-sales technical teams. Prior roles include Vice President of Customer Success at Ascend Software and Senior Director positions at Puppet and Marketo, contributing to customer success strategy, operations, and support. Christopher holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BA in History and Political Science from UCLA.
