Patrick Oehler

Dr. Patrick Oehler is a co-founder and co-CEO at Retorio, an AI coaching platform focused on enhancing winning behaviors in sales, service, and leadership teams since August 2018. Prior to this role, Dr. Oehler worked as a research associate at the Technical University of Munich in the Chair for Strategy and Organization from October 2013 to May 2017. Dr. Oehler gained diverse experience through various internships at Capgemini Consulting, Hauck & Aufhäuser Privatbankiers, and EF Education between 2008 and October 2012. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Strategy and Organization from the Technical University of Munich, an invited guest stay at The University of Tokyo's AY Lab in 2018, a Master of Science (MSc) in Management and Strategy from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information-oriented Business Administration from the University of Augsburg.
