Michelle Heinz

Michelle Heinz is an experienced professional with a background in leadership and community engagement. Currently serving as the People Person and Onboarding Specialist at Retreat Guru since June 2016, Michelle collaborates closely with the leadership team to align team insights with organizational values and strategies. Previously, as Executive Director of Clear Sky Meditation and Study Foundation from 2008 to June 2016, Michelle led initiatives focused on sustainability and personal development through various retreat programs. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Max's Place from 2008 to 2012. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Spanish from The University of Auckland, earned between 1993 and 1996.
