Rachel Michailidis has extensive experience in finance, operations, and risk management, currently serving in these roles at Return since March 2024. Prior to this, Rachel held multiple senior roles at LeasePlan, culminating as Senior Vice President of First Line Risk Management & Compliance, overseeing significant risk and compliance functions linked to a €30B+ balance sheet. Rachel also served as Regional Financial Director for NL/BE/LU/FR/DE, where key achievements included financial management redesign and operational efficiency initiatives. Additionally, Rachel's background includes managing a digital agency, restructuring portfolios at Ordina, and leading transformation projects at Bain & Company. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Applied Economics and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics & Business from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
