Jess Rice

Jess Rice is an experienced professional currently serving as the Partnerships and Community Engagement Manager at Return-It since May 2023. Previous roles include Manager of Partnerships at the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions and Acting Manager Engagement & Partnerships for Victoria 2026, where Jess developed tools for stakeholder communication and coordinated engagement activities. With a rich background in event management and community engagement, Jess has effectively supported small business owners during the COVID-19 pandemic and coordinated large-scale events for various organizations. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from RMIT Online, along with an Advanced Diploma in Events from William Angliss Institute.
