Patrick Foreman

Patrick Foreman currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for both Returning Citizens Magazine and Reentry Times Newspaper, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, designing business strategies, and evaluating performance. In addition, Foreman is a Certified Leadership Coach with The John Maxwell Team, providing workshops and coaching to facilitate growth for individuals and organizations. Previous experience includes significant roles in the United States Marine Corps, where Foreman served as Senior Enlisted Advisor for Reserve Affairs Management, leading personnel management and retention initiatives, and as Reserve Transition Manager, coordinating training and briefings for transitioning Marines. Foreman’s military career also includes roles focused on human resources management and personnel retention, directly influencing the success of recruitment and retention strategies across various Marine Corps units.
