Steph Millard

Steph Millard is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing human resources and organisational development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of HR Services at ReturnToWorkSA since January 2024, Steph previously held the position of Manager, People and Culture at the City of Salisbury. Key accomplishments include directing HR teams, implementing strategic human resource initiatives, and overseeing payroll functions, all while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture. With additional experience at Southern Cross Care, the City of Mitcham, the University of Adelaide, and Woods Bagot, Steph has demonstrated expertise in leadership development, diversity and inclusion planning, recruitment optimization, and organisational restructuring. Steph holds a Master of Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management from the University of South Australia.
