Doug Kirkhope

Doug Kirkhope has a significant amount of experience in the power generation industry. Doug started their career in 1994 as the General Manager of Power Generation at Cummins Mid Canada. In 2004, they moved to Cummins Western Canada where they held the position of Vice President and General Manager of Power Generation. In this role, they had P&L responsibility for the business unit and was responsible for business strategy, forecasting, and profitability. Doug directly managed a team of 70+ people and achieved double-digit growth rates annually for over 10 years. In 2016, Doug joined REV Engineering Ltd. as the Vice President of Operations. Doug then moved to Sansom Equipment Ltd. in 2017 as the Business Development Manager.

Doug Kirkhope attended the University of Manitoba from 1979 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to that, from 1975 to 1978, they completed their Grade 12 Education at River East. In 1983, they obtained certification as a Mechanical Engineer from the APEGM institution.
