Doug Hormann

Doug Hormann has over 20 years of work experience in human resources and manufacturing management. Doug started their career at Fleetwood Motor Homes of Indiana in 2001, where they held roles as a Manufacturing Manager and later as a Human Resources Manager. In 2009, they transitioned to REV Recreation Group, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager and eventually became the Director of Human Resources. In 2016, Doug joined REV Group, Inc. as the Division Human Resources Business Partner.

Doug Hormann obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, where they studied from 2001 to 2004.
