Kevin Nguyen

Kevin Nguyen has a diverse work experience. Kevin began their career in 2008 as an IT Intern at CWS Corporate Housing. In 2009, they moved to Travelers Insurance where they worked as a Property and Business Insurance Adjuster. In 2011, they became an English Instructor at ALS Language Institute. In 2014, they were an Intern at the George W. Bush Institute in Global Health- Pink Ribbon Red Ribbon. In 2015, they worked as a Payment Operation Analyst Contractor at Facebook. Since 2016, they have been working at Rāv Worldwide as the Head of Loss Control/Senior Business Analyst and the Risk Manager, Senior Risk Analyst.

Kevin Nguyen holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management from Southern Methodist University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Urban Studies from The University of Texas at Austin. Kevin is also certified as an Accredited Payment Risk Professional by NACHA, obtained in January 2022, and as a Mediator from Southern Methodist University.
